Public Open House

PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT
RMF – RESIDENTIAL MULTI-FAMILY ZONE

Tourond Creek is a new 300 acre community development located in southeast St. Adolphe. The developer, St. Adolphe Land Co. Ltd., is seeking a Zoning By-Law amendment for a new and site-specific Multi-Family Zone for Lot 1, Block 1 – located in Phase 1 of Tourond Creek. The purpose of the proposed Multi-Family Zone is to permit higher density residential uses on site, such as townhomes and 3-storey apartment-style units.

A public open house was hosted by the developer’s planning consultants, Lombard North Group. All community stakeholders were invited to learn more about the proposed Multi-Family Zoning amendment, to ask questions, and to provide input.
