“Schulz Homes was established in 2011 by brothers, David and Peter Schulz. The brothers grew up in Germany where their parents owned a business and worked as general contractors. Even as children, Peter and David had an interest in building and could often be found on the job site with their parents. After learning the trade and becoming masons, David and Peter brought their knowledge and skills to Canada where they established themselves into the residential home building market and eventually found a niche for quality custom homes.
